User-Generated Content Disclaimer

1. Responsibility for Content

Joye allows users to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to PDF resumes and job descriptions ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You are solely responsible for your own UGC and the consequences of submitting and publishing your UGC on the Service.

You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the UGC you submit; and you license to Joye all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such UGC for publication on the Service pursuant to these Terms.

2. No Endorsement

Joye does not endorse any UGC submitted to the Service by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Joye expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with UGC. We do not permit copyright-infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and we will remove all UGC if properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights.

3. Content Screening

You acknowledge that Joye does not pre-screen UGC. However, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any UGC that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to remove any UGC that violates the Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.

4. Public Profiles

If you choose to create a public profile or shareable link, you are making your resume information publicly available. Anyone with the link will be able to view this content. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you choose to make public does not contain sensitive personal data that you do not wish to be shared.
